Job purpose

Senior is primarily responsible for the gathering, validating and evaluating client information, undertaking transaction tax projects and assuring quality.  Assist the Manager in Transaction Tax Team in BA for building team for Europe West.  Also, act as a counsellor for staff, where required.

Qualifications& Experience

• Senior with 2/3 years of experience in other Big4 within ITS core.
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Fluency in Italian (oral and written) is preferred.
• Experience in M&A operations, permanent establishment, taxation of inbound and outbound flows according to international standards / regulations.
• TP knowledge is preferred.
• Resource 100% allocated to Rome.
• Must report to Italy regarding year-end reviews, otherwise they won’t have control of the workflow (both positive or negative) (I’m enterily sure about what they actually mean with this point).
