• Provide strategic consulting on IT operating models, guiding clients to optimize their IT processes and align them with overall business goals.
• Collaborate closely with client IT operations teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of products with the overall IT operating model.
• Work with client stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.
• Lead and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the client’s priorities.
• Deliver thought leadership and guidance on agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within client organizations.
• Monitor and report on product performance using metrics and client feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization
